Effective January 1, 2019, ALL California employers with five (5) or more employees (OR Independent Contractors) must provide not only two hours of harassment prevention training to supervisors, but also at least one hour of such training to non-supervisory employees.
Preventing Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace should be viewed as essential training for every supervisor, team leader and employee.
Required for: Executive, Middle and Front-Line Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders
This thought-provoking and fun training enables participants to clearly understand what the law expects them to know about detecting, resolving and preventing harassment and bullying. Employees will learn to interpret potentially offensive or abusive conduct from the perspectives of others. They will learn how their own actions and decisions can create liability, or alternatively, help prevent serious legal consequences while having fun at the same time.
Length: 2.0 hours
Required for all employees working for a Company with five or more employees.
